Broker and Owner of Vessel Realty, Kelly began her real estate career in 2015 after relocating to Lake Norman from Southern California. With a background in event planning, media relations, and human resources, Kelly has proven to be a detail-oriented, responsive, and trustworthy professional and looks forward to serving Lake Norman and the Greater Charlotte Region.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kelly attended the University of Southern California, studying communication and business. She owned and managed an event production company in the Los Angeles area, coordinating logistics and creative details for discerning individuals — from intimate oceanside soirees to 800-plus-guest black-tie affairs. She has since been able to transfer her wealth of communication skills to the real estate industry as a multimillion-dollar producer who embraces a client-driven relationship for exceptional results.

Kelly has been recognized for her unmatched ability to meet the individual needs of her customers, as her discretion and confidentiality underscore her devotion to realizing clients’ real estate goals. She offers knowledgeable insight for finding the right property, as well as a keen sense of deal structure and negotiation strategies. It is the greatest privilege that Kelly has become a trusted partner for her customers.

On the off chance that she has downtime, you will find Kelly spending time with her husband, Jason, and their three children boating on Lake Norman. Kelly has served on the board of Girls on the Run, Parent-Teacher-Organization (PTO) for Woodland Heights Elementary, and volunteered with her daughter at various local organizations with the National Charity League of Lake Norman.

As a former financial advisor and 401K specialist, Jason has spent his entire career loyally serving his clients in life’s most important financial decisions. As a real estate professional, he continues to be a trusted advisor with knowledgeable market insight. He is a licensed contractor who provides invaluable expertise for buyers as they are previewing and inspection properties. He has handled hundreds of successful transactions and brings financing strategies, strong negotiation skills, and a true passion to help both buyers and sellers.

A California native, Jason Meyer majored in business finance and graduated from the University of Southern California. He later began his North Carolina real estate career as a listing agent in new construction representing builders in Mooresville, Denver, Troutman, Huntersville, Concord, Charlotte, Harrisburg, and Indian Trail. Although he represented sellers, this unique role also required buyer focus, asking the right questions, patient listening, and thoughtful recommendations.

Jason is a race fan, boat fanatic and classic car enthusiast. He and his family love boating and found that the Lake Norman area is the perfect place to call home.

The journey to Lake Norman wasn't just a geographical shift; it was a quest to uncover the tranquility of lake life and everything the area has to offer. Relocating to Lake Norman in 2020 during the tumult of the pandemic, Leigh was on a mission to find the perfect haven for her own family.  Amidst a highly competitive market, Leigh fully immersed herself in discovering Lake Norman. This ignited her passion for the real estate industry, sparking a newfound interest in helping others find their perfect homes.

Leigh's academic foundation in Fashion Merchandising from FIT, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing, laid the groundwork for a successful 15-year career in Sales and Merchandising in the heart of Manhattan. It was here that Leigh honed her skills in visual planning and the art of negotiation—unique qualities that she now utilizes in real estate.

Drawing on her innate talent for merchandising and decorating, Leigh offers clients a bespoke experience. Armed with an eye for detail and envisioning potential, Leigh excels in showing buyers not just a house but a canvas waiting to be painted.

During her free time, Leigh finds solace in the company of her husband, four children, and beloved dog. Boating on Lake Norman, sampling new restaurants, and exploring the scenery of North Carolina are just a few of her pastimes.
