Broker and Owner of Vessel Realty, Kelly began her real estate career in 2015 after relocating to Lake Norman from Southern California. With a background in event planning, media relations, and human resources, Kelly has proven to be a detail-oriented, responsive, and trustworthy professional and looks forward to serving Lake Norman and the Greater Charlotte Region.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kelly attended the University of Southern California, studying communication and business. She owned and managed an event production company in the Los Angeles area, coordinating logistics and creative details for discerning individuals — from intimate oceanside soirees to 800-plus-guest black-tie affairs. She has since been able to transfer her wealth of communication skills to the real estate industry as a multimillion-dollar producer who embraces a client-driven relationship for exceptional results.

Kelly has been recognized for her unmatched ability to meet the individual needs of her customers, as her discretion and confidentiality underscore her devotion to realizing clients’ real estate goals. She offers knowledgeable insight for finding the right property, as well as a keen sense of deal structure and negotiation strategies. It is the greatest privilege that Kelly has become a trusted partner for her customers.

Outside of her work with clients, Kelly enjoys boating on Lake Norman with her family and remains actively involved in the community. She has held leadership roles with Girls on the Run, Woodland Heights Elementary PTO and co-founded the Lake Norman Young Men’s Service League where she served as President and currently VP Communications.

As a former financial advisor and 401K specialist, Jason has spent his entire career loyally serving his clients in life’s most important financial decisions. As a real estate professional, he continues to be a trusted advisor with knowledgeable market insight. He is a NASCLA certified commercial contractor who provides invaluable expertise for buyers as they are previewing and inspecting properties. He has handled hundreds of successful transactions and brings financing strategies, strong negotiation skills, and a true passion to help both buyers and sellers.

A California native, Jason Meyer majored in business finance and graduated from the University of Southern California. He later began his North Carolina real estate career as a listing agent in new construction representing builders in Mooresville, Denver, Troutman, Huntersville, Concord, Charlotte, Harrisburg, and Indian Trail. Although he represented sellers, this unique role also required buyer focus, asking the right questions, patient listening, and thoughtful recommendations.

Jason is a race fan, boat fanatic and classic car enthusiast. He and his family love boating and found that the Lake Norman area is the perfect place to call home.
